Made this for the weekly challenge over at My Sheri Crafts...this week is Halloween...I chose to alter a simple paper lunch bag to fill with goodies to give those special kids in our lives...complete supplies and instructions to follow
Lunch Bag Makeover/ Trick or Treat Bags
Supplies
1 standard paper lunch bag
(2) strips of 5" x 9 1/2" patterned paper, orange
(2) strips of 2 1/2 x 9 1/2" yellow paper or cs
(2) 3 1/2 x 9 1/2" striped patterned paper
scraps in orange and brown for pumpkins
2 kinds of ribbon or fibre approx 16" in length ea
Adhesive
Cuttlebug and Cricut
Instructions
Score all the paper pieces at 2 1/8 and 7 1/4", fold
Put sticky strip on all pieces and carefully attach to paper bag, starting at the bottom, keeping edges even and folds lined up...your overlap will fall at sides of bag
Attach the ribbons at the seams of the papers
Cut out two pumpkins with your cricut and the blackouts out of the brown
Emboss using your cuttlebug, use pop dots between the layers of the pumkins
Attach to front of bag
Cut out letters Trick or Treat and attach to top front of bag
Fill with goodies to give your favorite little goblins
